Unleash Your Creative Potential at Sound Farm
The space
Sound Farm is a private home ~15 minutes east of downtown Duvall, WA situated on a 3-acre property that boasts open fields, a wooded area, a garden/orchard, and plenty of outdoor nooks and crannies to explore and be inspired by. The house has three bedrooms with queen beds (+additional sleeping options), full kitchen, a cozy living area and a rehearsal studio.
Woodshed Weekend
Bring your band to Sound Farm and spend some quality time together: unexpected magic can happen around the puzzle table, or when you cook a meal together.
Setting aside some time away from daily distractions to write music or rehearse can be a transformational experience for a band. We know because we do this with our bands regularly, and we’ve decided to offer our space up so that others can experience it!
Rehearsal Studio
The rehearsal studio at Sound Farm is a dedicated room, which means you can leave your gear set up for the entirety of your stay and wander in and out with the frequency that your group needs.
Logistics & Rates
Sound Farm began as our family getaway, then we invited our bands out and had incredibly positive experiences together. Now, we want to encourage others to reap the benefits of the Sound Farm Woodshed Weekend.

Rates
We are attempting to make our prices reasonable, while ensuring that our costs (utilities, cleaning, etc.) are covered. Minimum charge of $250/night for up to 4 people; additional people are $75/per night per person.
Quiet Hours
Because the rehearsal room is not soundproof, quiet hours are in effect before 9am and after 10pm. But there are no restrictions on indoor acoustic jamming!
